How?... Ozone is a natural way of treating water. It inactivates many compounds and organics that are found in water as contaminants. Lightning is the prime source of ozone in nature. Unfortunately, it is not convenient to keep lightning around the house, so we have developed the USO-3 to perform the same function, but in a small, safe unit that fits under your kitchen sink, or in the basement.

The USO-3 allows you to ozonate your own tap water to equal or better quality than the expensive bottled water that you buy at the store or have delivered to your home. (Most bottled water in stores states "ozonated" on the label.) No more running to a machine. No need for home delivery. No more wasting valuable space for storage of bulky water bottles. No more heavy lifting.

Pre-treated water from your neighborhood water system enters the USO-3 and is exposed to ozone generated in the unit. Then into a special filter and on to your kitchen sink faucet. It's all automatic and is maintenance free (the unit requires only a periodic filter change).

The low initial cost and long life of the USO-3 combined with an operating cost of just pennies a month makes USO-3 ozonated water one of your most inexpensive necessities. If you now use bottle water, the USO-3 can pay for itself in 18 months or less. You use all of the water that passes through the system. For every four gallons of water that passes through the reverse osmosis unit the yield is only one gallon of treated water. "CT03" - Designed to ozonate your drinking water, eliminating chemical/metallic taste and odors. Adds the rejuvenating, deodorizing and taste-enhancing qualities of ozone. Ozonates the water via a venturi as the water is used.

Reverse Osmosis - It's a technical sounding title for something that's based on nature. Vegetation like trees, plants, and flowers use osmosis to draw water from the soil. Water in the soil (dilute solution) is drawn through plant cell membranes to the plant sap (concentrate solution). This process is reverse osmosis.

Household water pressure forces water through a semi-permeable membrane. The membrane separates water at the molecular level to make good "RO" water by substantially reducing dissolved solids and contaminants which are washed away to your drain. The RO water is then stored in a holding tank for later use.
