It has been several months (1999) now since I completed our installation of our SP10 Ozone Pure Water System. Our quality of life has never been better. With the help of Roger Nathanson and company I was able to install the system myself.

I discovered Ozone Pure Water over the internet. My wife and I had been suffering with foul tasting water for nearly 4 years and I was determined to find a solution to our nagging water quality problems......We have very high levels of FE in our water and varying levels of hydrogen sulfide.....I contacted well over a dozen water treatment companies that I found on the internet and they all claimed they could help us. After a great deal of self-education on water treatment principles I felt confident about my ability to solve our water quality problem. I just needed to to make contact with an intelligent life source in the water treatment world. I made contact with Roger via email. I could tell that Roger really took the time to read what I had sent and was serious about analyzing our situation. After several phone calls and sending a sample water in I was convinced that Ozone Pure Water was the way to go.

When the equipment arrived I was so excited about the prospect of finally having clean water. I had to make many phone calls to Ozone Pure Water and they helped me every step of the way. I always felt like they were there for me with the level of conviction to get the job done. Once I got everything setup and I turned the system on our water instantly went from dull brown color we had grown to live with to a clear glass view. I just could not believe my eyes!!! The familiar Smell of iron in the water was gone as well.

My Wife and I now enjoy clean tasting water everyday. We have been able to stop our bottled water deliveries and use our tap water again for drinking. Each time I look in the toilet bowl I see clean water instead of a brown hazy substance.

Since we installed the ozone unit, the following was observed not only by the performance of livestock but also by consumption of water at our home. We actually had to buy a water pitcher twice the size as what we had used previously. I personally drink six to eight times as much as before because I would always drink milk instead. I never had water as clear, crisp, tasty, odor free and satisfying as what this system has brought us.

Consumption of water in livestock went up which in turn increased our milk production on our farm. The smell of the water and the frequency of times that we had to clean the watering trough decreased as a result of the installation of the this system.

People that have tasted our water suggested we bottle and sell ozonated water at our entertainment center which comprises of a miniature golf, driving range and sand volleyball courts. Also you may be interested in knowing the E.P.A. was really impressed with the system as well.

I am writing to tell you how much we like our Ozone Pure Water System.

Before we had this installed our water had a high content of iron and manganese, also it had an annoying sulfur odor. After we installed your system our water came out clean and odorless. We no longer had any iron stains in our clothing, sinks or dishwasher. The water also has a softer feel than before.

I have had my Ozone System for nearly five years now. As I look back I am very glad to have chosen the Ozone System.

"Thank you so much for the wonderful water filtration system you installed in our home and aviary last year.

Since you installed your Tri-Pure Ozone water treatment systems, we have had no trace of iron or the hydrogen sulfide smell from the wash machine and sinks. We had previously installed three other treatment systems from three other dealers, but all of them failed. One actually failed the first week in use because our iron level is so high. None of them eliminated the horrible hydrogen sulfide smell. These systems were also more expensive."

I have been using one of your systems to treat water from a well for my whole house system. In my previous home I was using a chlorine injection system with an eighty-gallon retention tank, charcoal filter and water softener. I was treating for sulfur 12ppm, manganese and iron. The system was using one-gallon bleach 5% chlorine every two days with four people living at the residence. During the seven-year period we used this system we replaced the injection pump three times. Every three months I had to clean deposits at the bleach injection port and the pump check balls. Deposits also fouled the head for the charcoal filter and water softener. Tubing needed to be replaced every six months. Between pouring gallons of bleach and testing for residual chlorine two times a week along with the previously mentioned maintenance I began doing research for a better treatment system.

I contacted many of the local water treatment businesses. Nothing sounded like a solution I was looking for mostly hype and big money. I spent hours on the net until finding your company. I researched the use of ozone for treating well water and made the plunge. I called you and asked several questions. I then purchased a system. You provided excellent technical support on installation. I am ecstatic with this system. It's saving me time and I now have a system I can trust.
